Liability insurance provides protection against claims that the
policyholder becomes legally obligated to pay as a result of an
error or omission in his professional work.
Intellectual Property - A creation of the
intellect that has commercial value, including copyrighted property
such as literary or artistic works, and ideational property, such as
patents, appellations of origin, business methods, and industrial
processes.
Although there is not intellectual property insurance, there are
ways of securing your intellectual property, and it is strongly
advised that you do so.
